Team Human is fundamentally against the algorithmic manipulation of individuals. We believe your data belongs to you. We do not sell your personal information, diagnostic results, or emails to third-party data brokers. Period.
2. Information We Collect
- ■ Directly Provided Data: When you take our diagnostic, opt-in for a PDF, or apply for Level 02, we collect your name, email address, your "Tribal Role" result, and your application answers.
- ■ Payment Data: Payments for our communities are processed securely by third-party processors (such as Nas.io or Stripe). We do not store or process your raw credit card numbers on our servers.
- ■ Functional Data: We collect standard, anonymous website analytics (like IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to ensure our site functions properly and to improve the user experience.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely for the following operational purposes:
- To deliver your requested Connection Blueprint PDFs.
- To email you relevant onboarding materials, accountability checks, and community updates.
- To evaluate your application for Level 02: The Crucible.
- To manage your community subscription and process support requests.
4. Third-Party Services
To operate effectively, we use secure, industry-standard third-party tools to handle our backend infrastructure. Your information may be processed by our CRM platform (GoHighLevel), our automation tools (Zapier), and our community hosting platforms. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
5. Your Control & Rights
You have total control over your inbox. You can opt-out of our email communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send.
If you wish to have your data completely permanently deleted from our CRM systems, please contact our support team and we will execute the deletion immediately. Note that deleting your data may require the cancellation of your active community memberships.
6. Global Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data under laws like the GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California). Because we believe in radical transparency, we extend these rights globally to all members of the Team Human ecosystem, regardless of your physical location:
- Right to Access & Portability: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): As stated in Section 5, you can request the permanent deletion of your data at any time.
- Right to Restrict Processing: You can ask us to pause processing your data under certain conditions.
- CCPA Specifics: We explicitly state that we do not sell your personal information to third parties. You will not face discrimination for exercising any of your privacy rights.
7. International Data Transfers
Team Human operates globally. By using our services, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or other countries where our third-party service providers (such as GoHighLevel and Netlify) operate. We ensure that these transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including utilizing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. When you cancel your Level 01 or Level 02 membership, we will securely delete or anonymize your data upon request, unless we are legally required to retain certain records for tax, legal, or compliance purposes.
