1. The No-BS Overview
By using the Team Human website, taking our diagnostic, joining "No Strangers Here" (Level 01), or applying for "The Crucible" (Level 02), you are agreeing to these terms. Read them carefully. If you don't agree with them, do not use our services or join the community.
2. Not Medical or Psychological Advice
Team Human provides education, coaching, and peer support focused on emotional regulation and human connection. We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals. The frameworks provided (including the CRC Method and Internal Family Systems exercises) are for educational and self-development purposes only. If you are experiencing a clinical mental health crisis, please seek out a licensed medical professional immediately.
3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Level 01: No Strangers Here ($20/month): This is a recurring monthly subscription. You will be billed automatically every 30 days. You may cancel at absolutely any time prior to your next billing cycle to prevent future charges.
The 30-Day CRC Guarantee (Level 01 Only): We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first month of Level 01. If you join, participate, and do not feel a shift in your life, email us within the first 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your initial $20. No hoops to jump through.
Level 02: The Crucible ($997): Due to the high-touch, intensive nature of Level 02 and the strict capping of cohort sizes, all payments for The Crucible are strictly non-refundable once your application is accepted and the cohort begins.
4. Protection of the Tribe (Community Rules)
We fiercely protect the energy of our community. By joining Level 01 or Level 02, you agree to treat other members with respect. Bullying, harassment, uninvited solicitation (spamming members), or predatory behavior will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.
Furthermore, we do not allow "lurkers" in our intimate groups. Active participation is a requirement for maintaining access to the ecosystem.
5. Intellectual Property
The Team Human Diagnostic, the Connection Cheat Codes, the CRC Method, and all coaching materials provided to you are the exclusive intellectual property of Team Human. You are granted a personal license to use these materials for your own growth. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or teach our proprietary frameworks for commercial gain.
6. Limitation of Liability
You participate in Team Human entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee specific personal, social, or financial results. You agree that Team Human and its creators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, emotional distress, or losses arising from your use of our content, website, or community spaces.
7. Global Compliance & Local Laws
Team Human is accessible globally, but we make no representation that our services are legally appropriate or available in all locations. By accessing our services, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Team Human is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration Clause: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Team Human shall be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration, rather than in court. By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
